	TITLE 16 - CONSERVATION
	CHAPTER 1 - NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND
	     SEASHORES
	SUBCHAPTER II - VOLUNTEERS IN PARKS PROGRAM

	  There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be
	necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, but not
	more than $3,500,000 shall be appropriated in any one year.
